Advanced Data Reporting
The TK319-H can initiate data reporting through several pathways including UMTS/HSPA’s SMS, TCP/IP or UDP pathways. The vehicle tracking device can also report over a physical UART connection for variable data reporting connections. Network provisioning via SIM technology is designed for both reliability and cost-efficiency. The TK319-H can be provisioned for TCP/IP, UDP and SMS data services for application command and data transactions within the 850, 900, 1800 and 1900 MHz GSM bands and 800,850,900,1900 and 2100MHz UMTS/HSPA bands.
For added security, the TK319-H carries an endpoint reset and reboot feature as a safeguard against network connection loss. To use the endpoint reset feature, simply call the provided phone number and let it ring three times.
Over The Air (OTA) application firmware updates are supported via TFTP server connection. The application image can also be updated by using a specialized UART command or an SMS command.

Inconspicuous Tracking 24/7
The TK319-H is cleverly designed to be as nondescript as possible. Intended to resemble part of the vehicle’s cabling system, the small black box features only two LED lights for the sole purpose of verifying that the system has been installed correctly. After proper installation confirmation, the two LED lights of the TK319-H ingeniously turn themselves off as an effective means to extend battery life and reduce unwanted attention. Installation
The TK319-H GPS tracking device must be installed so that it has an unobstructed view of the sky while operating. It’s recommended to use double-sided foam tape to secure the bottom of the device, if necessary.
Additional Features
As a built-in bonus, the TK319-H houses a motion detector to the main board that activates the device even at extremely low power. The device serves as a 3G modem and responds to AT commands received either through the physical UART port or TCP/IPor, SMS, or even a UDP/IP connection. For the SMS functions, the TK319-H “reads” text messages and interprets them as AT commands. This function is fully accessible through any CSD SMS connection.
